Do You Know Riley Trails?
16300 Riley Street Holland, MI 49424

When life gets a little hectic I like to head for Riley Trails. This 300 acre park full of beech-maples and pines is a great place to go fishing, hiking or mountain biking.

In the winter time you can cross-country ski the un-groomed trails or go snowshoeing .
The 4.5 one-way mile loop trail is a rolling terrain perfect for a beginner or novice mountain biker or hiker.
Challenging yet still loads of fun. The forest is breathtaking with all the trees and nature around you.
My favorite time of year to get here is in the fall. Seeing all the colors on the trees brings me happiness. They have plenty of maps posted on the trail so you won’t get lost.
Mountain Biking
Riley Trails is great for mountain biking. The 4.5 mile one way looped trail is part of the Michigan’s Edge Mountain Biking Association (MEMBA), and has enough challenges for any level of mountain biker.
Great rolling hills and some sharp turns and you may even find a just jumps along the way will make this a blast. Just be aware that you will be sharing the trail with Hikers.

Hiking
There are many different levels of hikers on the trail enjoying a peaceful hike through the breathtaking trees.
You will feel deep in the forest but can still feel Lake Michigan breeze. One of the things I find amazing about this park is how straight and tall the pine trees are.
